
Attendees will not fast, nor follow a minimalist "restrictive diet" program. Instead, they will be offered copious healthy foods, eating five times a day, and be on the correct nutrition path that will significantly lower bad (LDL) and total cholesterol levels. Along with moderate exercise, this nutrition-based method should reduce weight.
OUR GOAL is to provide or guide you to gourmet meals with EMPHASIS on limited proteins through fish, white meats, legumes; carbohydrates through whole grains, pure cereals, unrefined pastas; healthy amounts of vegetables (greens, reds, yellows); salads and fruits; and pure liquids (water, POM, berry juices and red wine in moderation). We MINIMIZE or ELIMINATE use of salt, harmful fats and oils, sugars, cholesterol-laden products, refined flours and/or other "health-eroding" foods.
