MISSION STATEMENT

Juan O'Callahan (77) founded P-SARP, an Association for Post-Seventies "revitalized" people. His mission is to coach men and women in their 70's, 80's and 90's to live healthier, better, longer. His program will relieve stress and help those participants avoid and reverse the so-called avoidable diseases of affluence. Here are his words:

"In 2005 and 2006 I attended 50th year reunions of my military and school institutions. During these years (at age 72/73), I ran four marathons. My health and energy levels were good, and my weight was down to my college years’ standard...

At those reunions, my friends and peers were constantly talking about my “wellness-life regimen.” They were more than intrigued, and many encouraged me to train other over-70s to emulate my thorough system of exercise, diet and discipline. My mission is to do just that, through the P-SARP WELLNESS PROGRAM.

I believe that with 2 to 3 months of twice-a-week P-SARP sessions (or a 1 to 2 week total immersion retreat) I can help many average, sedentary and/or overweight seniors in their 70s to feel better than they have in decades, lose weight, lower bad cholesterol, perform as if REVITALIZED, avoid or defer certain diseases, and add years to their productive lives."
