P-SARP Program for "Living Longer Better" is a regimen of isometric and aerobic exercises plus sound nutrition designed specifically for women and men aged 70 to 100.
Two and three times' weekly classes are conducted at locations in Eastern Connecticut - e.g. Stoneridge Retirement Community at Mystic, Stonington La Grua Center. Total immersion one or two-week retreats can be scheduled for any location, for groups or for individuals seeking to kick-start a rejuvenated lifestyle or needing a recovery/rehab-continuation program.
Juan O’Callahan developed his TOTAL WELLNESS FOR 7Os to 100 programs through years of evaluation and practice of keeping the body, mind and spirit healthy through nutrition, exercise, and discipline.
